Is your hair 100% Human?

Yes, Kayla Janae Hair is 100% Raw Cambodian Hair.

How long does the hair last?

With the proper care and maintenance our hair and custom wigs can be used for at least two years.

How many bundles should I buy for a install?

At least 2 bundles are needed for a full head. Lengths 16 inches or longer may require 3 bundles for a fuller look.

Can the hair be colored?

Yes.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What is the exchange/return policy?

Kayla Janae Hair Collection sources only the best quality hair extensions and products, therefore we have a strict NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy. Every product is FINAL SALE. However, refunds will be issued in the event products are lost in transit once confirmed with carrier. Any additional concerns or complaints outside of our refund/exchange policy, do not hesitate to contact us at HELLO@KAYLAJANAE.NET.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

When can I book an appointment?

Kayla Janae Books ALWAYS open the second to last Sunday in each month FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH. 

Meaning, appointments for January 2021 will open promptly on December 18, 2021 @ 10:00 AM CST.

What if I can not find a hair appointment?

If you can not find a hair appointment, this means that appointments are 100% booked for that month. Please do not send text or DMs asking for availability or to be “squeezed” in. As cancelled appointments become available, they will be posted immediately on Kayla Janae Instagram (@KaylaJanaeStylez) to book. Turning your post notifications on will definitely assist in not missing when these appointments become available.
