Shipping policy

Please allow 1 business day to process your order. Once your order has been processed, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days.

Currently, we offer standard ground shipping via UPS to all 50 States. Tracking is provided promptly after shipping your order.

Orders more than $150 will generally ship for free! 
Please note, to qualify for free shipping the total cost of your order must be at minimum $150. Taxes does not count towards free shipping.

Unavailable Stock If an item you have requested is out of stock or otherwise unable to be shipped, we will notify you via email of your options. If we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will simply cancel your order and refund your original payment method.

Kayla Janae Hair Collection sources only the best quality hair extensions and products, therefore we have a strict NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES policy. Every product is FINAL SALE. However, refunds will be issued in the event products are lost in transit once confirmed with carrier. Any additional concerns or complaints outside of our refund/exchange policy, do not hesitate to contact us at HELLO@KAYLAJANAE.NET.
